Phase 1 — Discovery intake
You share existing OpenAPI files, Postman collections, or vendor PDFs. We list unknowns: auth rotation, sandbox gaps, and teams who must sign off.
Phase 2 — Contract drafting
We produce sequence diagrams, payload tables, and explicit non-goals so engineering estimates stay tied to documented scope.
Phase 3 — Paired implementation
Your developers keep keyboard control; we review pull requests, integration tests, and staging cutovers against the written contract.
Phase 4 — Operational sign-off
Logging fields, dashboards, and partner escalation paths are checked before production keys are enabled.
