Refund and cancellation terms for paid programming consulting engagements with API Anchor Consulting.

Scope
This policy applies to paid programming consulting engagements agreed in writing with API Anchor Consulting Co., Ltd. (บริษัท API Anchor Consulting จำกัด), 45/8,Silom Road,Bang Rak,Bangkok,10500, Thailand. Tax ID (TIN): 0105686538788. Contact: info@api-anchor.digital or +66-2-000-1201.
Proposed standard terms—pending business confirmation of final windows.
Eligibility
Refunds are considered when we have not yet delivered billable consulting hours covered by the invoice in question, or when a mutual written cancellation occurs before work starts.
Timeframe to request
Submit refund requests within fourteen calendar days of invoice payment for unused prepaid blocks, or within seven days of a cancelled kickoff that we acknowledge in writing.
Partial refunds
If work has started, refunds cover only the unused portion of prepaid time, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed in the SOW.
Non-refundable items
Completed review sessions, delivered written artifacts, and third-party pass-through costs explicitly listed in the SOW are non-refundable once delivered or incurred.
Process
Email info@api-anchor.digital with your company name, invoice reference, and reason. We respond within five business days with approval or an explanation.
Method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days where banking rules allow.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Scheduled workshops may be rescheduled once with at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Late cancellations may forfeit that session fee as stated in your SOW.
No-shows
If Client participants fail to attend a confirmed session without notice, that session may be charged in full.
Exceptions
Force majeure events or regulatory blocks may justify alternate arrangements documented in writing.
